2.2 WhatsApp Links

Clicking the WhatsApp buttons or links on the site redirects you to the WhatsApp app. Messages you send via WhatsApp are handled directly by Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with the WhatsApp privacy policy. SigmaExams does not store the content of WhatsApp conversations.

Browsing data (Google Analytics) is retained for 14 months. Any data provided via email or WhatsApp is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the relationship ends.

Google Analytics uses servers located outside the European Economic Area as well, including the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, entered into between the data controller and Google LLC, ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
